Eligibility Criteria For Uttar Pradesh Health Department Recruitment

Age Limit :Candidates Should be between 18 – 40 years as on 01-07-2016 .

Educational Qualification :Candidates should have completed 10th and 12th or its equivalent from recognized university or board.

Pay Scale : Rs.5200-20,200
Grade Pay: Rs.2000/-

Application Fee : Candidates have to Pay 50/- for SC/ST/PWD/EX.SM reserved candidates.& 100/- for all other category candidates.
