In the year 2014, total 2, 45,120 candidates were appeared in the examination. The passing percentage of the candidates in the year 2014 was 86%. This year more than 17.66 lacs students were appeared for the examination out of which 7, 76, 190 were girls and 9, 89, 908 were boys.
