Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification :
For Assistant Sub-Inspector : Matric with English, General Science and Mathematics from a recognized board with three years diploma in Draughtsman Course (Civil/ Mechanical Engineering) from a Govt. recognized Polytechnic.
For Sub-Inspector : Intermediate with 3 years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Board/Institution or university or equivalent.
For Constable : Matriculation / Xth class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board, or university recognized by the Central or State Govt and Candidates having certificate (Three months & above duration) under National skill qualification framework compliant anchored by National skill development Agency (NSDA) under Govt. of India or certificate of trade from recognized Industrial Training Institute.
Age Limit : Minimum and maximum age limit is 18 to 30 years for SI, 18 to 25 years for ASI and 18 to 23 years for Constable as on 05.05.2017
Age Relaxation : 5 years for SC/ ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
Selection Process : Selection will be made on Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test(PET) and Documentation, Written Examination, Skill Test (for CT/Pioneer only) and Medical Examination.
Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs.200/- for SI and Rs.100/- for all others posts through SBI Challan OR Net Banking OR Credit card /Debit Card. candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and ExServicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from paying fee.
